We specialise in supplying and fitting a wide range of flooring types. Please see further details below:
loop pile
The yarn is threaded from underneath the backing pulled up and returned to create the loop effect.
twist pile
A piece of separate yarn is thread through the backing and twisted to give the carpet a textured look.
Saxony’s
The principle of the twist carpet is retained but the cut of the yarn is on an angle to give it a softer and more luxurious feel.
These are the basic principles of most carpets. Materials can differ from 100% wool which is very hard wearing, Mixed 80% wool, 20% manmade which is very hard wearing to manmade synthetic carpet which can be bleach cleanable.

There are effectively two types of wood floors: solids and engineered.

Ø Engineered is normally a 4 to 6 mm piece of veneered wood glued to a cheaper, less expensive wood.

Ø Solid wood is effectively just that - a board/plank made up of a solid piece of wood.

Both of the above have their own advantages and challenges regarding price an installation but are equally as impressive when fitted.

Laminate flooring has come a long way from its early manufacturers with realistic patterns and designs very often gets mistaken for real wood. With its highly scratch resistance surface it can handle even the most demanding households.

Luxury vinyl tiles are made by incorporating a high performance backing to a photographic replicate then finished with a scratch resistance wear layer, normally PVC. With many manufacturers now making this product the choice is limitless.

Many domestic vinyl’s now have non slip properties with an R10 rating to stop slipping in most domestic situations. This flooring type is ideal for peace of mind.

Wet rooms on other hand require a more robust installation and product. ADM Flooring Ltd have been installing wet room floors for many years, sometimes guiding plumbers and builders on the special requirements that are needed to make wet rooms water tight.
